The Board of Education does not discriminate against employees or potential employee because of age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex (including sexual harassment), national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, arrest record, conviction record, membership in the national guard, state defense force or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or this state or use or nonuse of lawful products off the employer's premises during nonworking hours, in any of its programs and activities, employment practices and policies, or personnel practices and policies. The District's position and beliefs shall be communicated to the general public. The Board directs the District Administrator or Designee to develop administrative regulations for this policy.
